Uluwatu Temple – Pura Luhur

Visit the most popular temple in Bali. Pura Luhur Uluwatu  Temple is located in Badung, known for one of the oldest and Kayangan Jagat (directional temple). It is perched on the edge of 230 feet cliff in the southern peninsular surrounded by the Indian Ocean. It is made of black coral rock, elegant enough to take your breath away. Do not miss out the chance to experience the Kecak Dance performed by the Balinese men and ending with mouth watering spicy sea food.

Pura Tanah Lot

This place has become an icon for Bali, and loved by the tourist. Best time to visit this temple is during sunset, where one can easily access the temple during the low tides. The temple is said to be perched on a large rock surrounded by the sea, making it the most photographed site. However, tourists are only allowed to visit the base of the temple and only Balinese Hindus are allowed to enter inside the temple. Get yourself drowned in the elegance of multi-tiered shrines overlooking the black sand of the sea. You can also hop around to enjoy the warung (food stalls and courts) and flea market.

Pura Ulun Danu Bratan 

Hypnotize yourself at Pura Ulun Danu Bratan, a 17th Century temple, with enchanted 11 tiered roof. The Lake Danau Bratan moreover, adds beauty to the temple. The reflection of the temple on the lake is just mesmerizing. The temple is dedicated to Lord Shiva and Goddess Parvathi, and the locals worship the idols with lake and Goddess River for the fertility of the land. The lake is actually a extinguished crater of the volcanic eruption. People visit this place for peace and calm environment and rest for long hours at an adjoining garden. Apart from resting, tourist enjoy Boating and Fishing too at the lake. Pura Ulun Danu Bratan is much more cooler place than beaches due to the presence of  lake.


Dolphins At Lovina

Dolphin sighting is the best option for you, if you have visited too many temples in Bali. Lovina beach is located in the northern part of Bali, away from the hosh posh life, giving you an authentic flavor of Bali. Spend your time with the locals(fishermen) and get to know more about Bali’s culture in depth. Meanwhile, don’t forget your hats and sunglasses, as these fishermen will take you in the middle of sea, so that you witness and play with the dolphins. The sunrise and sunset will look stunning from your boat.


Sacred Monkey Forest Sanctuary

Ramble in the forest that covers 27 acres of land with beautiful 115 flora and monkeys all around you. It is a dense hilly forest with steep sided valley eroded by water streams. In addition, the forest houses  three Hindu Temple said to be constructed in the year 1350s. The first one is located in North west of the park – “Pura Beji” which is a Holy Spring. Tourist take a holy bath and the view is just breathtaking. Second temple is  “Pura Prajapati Temple” HyangWidhi in Prajapati personification is worshiped. And the last one, “Padangtegal Great Temple of Death” in situated the south west of the forest.


Bali Safari and Marine Park Gianyar 

Encounter more than 60 species of animals in Safari and Marine Park. Take a ride on tram showcasing the habitats of Bali where one can spot White Rhinoceros, Zebras, Lions, Elephants etc, and they even might approach your window to say “Hi”.  Enjoy the Elephant and other animal shows, and indulge in either Marine Park or Fun Zone with amusing rides and attractions.


Trek On Active Volcano At Mount Batur

Mount Batur is an active volcano driving the tourist attention especially the trekkers. The mount is considered to be sacred according to the Hindus. Admire the beauty of black sand and lava soil deposits of ancient volcanoes. Trek and fall in love with the sunrise view from the summit . Once you are back, you can also visit the Tropical Plantations by the locals and witness how they make coffee. Furthermore, you can happily take away coffee samples as a reward.
