ASTHMA – ALLERGIC AND NON-ALLERGIC

Asthma is a chronic condition where the bronchi tubes narrows down restricting you to breathe properly. The bronchi tubes are the pass ways that allows air to enter and exit the lungs. There are two types of asthma –

Black Pepper – Pep your Body ! ! !
