ASTHMA – ALLERGIC AND NON-ALLERGIC

Asthma is a chronic condition where the bronchi tubes narrows down restricting you to breathe properly. The bronchi tubes are the pass ways that allows air to enter and exit the lungs. According to WHO,  people suffer from asthma due to inheritance or when they are very sensitive to foreign particles or change in climatic conditions. Let’s check the types of asthma and what triggers it!

There are two types of asthma –

  • Allergic (caused by exposure to an allergen) and
  • Non-Allergic (caused by stress, exercise, illnesses like a cold or the flu, or exposure to extreme weather, or some medications)

Allergic Asthma

Most of the people are aware of allergies due to which they are facing problem. Any substance or particle you inhale, might not be suitable for your body and may trigger breathing problem. These substances are called are “Allergens” that causes allergies. All you should do it stay away from it as much as possible.

Women are more likely affected than men in most of the cases. Non-allergic are caused due to infection in the airways. Below are few causes that might cause panic attacks.
